[horde] horde webpages

Hi,

	Is anyone else having trouble connecting to horde URL's?
For example, in today's horde e-mail, Jan recommended checking out
http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ/Admin/Troubleshoot#toc4.  When I plug this
URL in on my mozilla browser, the browser reports waiting for
wiki.horde.org.  Waiting also occurs from the horde webpage when attempting
to look at FAQs ( It looks like this is also on wiki.horde.org.)

	Interestingly, wiki.horde.org resolves as 199.175.137.230, which pings
and allows ssh connections.  What's up with the webserver?
