[horde] Object id

The saga continues.  Now when a new user logs in they get a broken  
link message and my error log says File does not exist:  
/var/www/horde/Object id , referer:  
http://newproxy.harrisonburg.k12.va.us/horde/index.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fnewproxy.harrisonburg.k12.va.us%2Fhorde%2F

My pref.php for initial login is set to the default INBOX.  This was  
working.  Users that have already logged in are fine.  Just new users.
