[horde] No Dimp seen

i downloaded over cvs.

have made:

php install-packages.php

But i get always the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_merge_recursive_overwrite() 
in /var/www/horde/dimp/lib/base.php on line 76

Is this another problem?
