[horde] Horde and Oracle

Hello all!

I hate answering my own posts, but nevertheless I have found the 
solution. A but in the php-oci8 module made it impossible to read clobs, 
that are used to store the user's preferences. Updating the oci9 module 
to version 1.2.2 (=current version) solved the problem. If only I had 
read the php-buglist !
