[horde] Horde and cas

Hello,

we're setting up Horde with CAS (Central Authentication Service).
Now we can access Horde through CAS and see our mailbox, this is working 
well.

But in the left side menu we can't see the folders.
Where could be the problem?

We're using horde-3.1.3 and imp-4.1.3
Cas-3.0.4
