I believe he's referring to the CSS issues when resizing the screen.   
When the browser is resized to the point where the menu buttons will  
not fit across the top of the screen they shuffle down to the next  
row... which wouldn't be so bad except the green background doesn't  
come with it so the text disappears completely (depending on your  
theme's background color) and the icons appear to be floating on  
their own.  We get a LOT of complaints about this but I haven't had a  
chance to debug the style sheets to try and fix it yet.

The dynamically-generated menu buttons are a nice feature but it  
would be much preferable to have a static interface that isn't  
browser dependent.  "Disappearing" menu options confuse the users.
