[horde] Public cal. task colors

Yea, thats the way it worked in our older version (much older) of  
webmail.  I think I like that version of Kronolith better.  I'll see  
if I can create some cats in the prefs file.  Im working on getting  
default folder creation upon first login now.  You know trash, spam,  
etc.
