[horde] Public cal. task colors

Bill,
This works fine. However, it is going to be quite cumbersome for the
number of public calendars we have. I did add about a dozen cats with
colors. Dont think I have enough time to do the entire division.
Must be some way to allow colors for public cal. I looked through all
the prefs on our old horde and cant find anything earth shattering
that says allow users cat. colors to show on public cal. (well
nothing in php code that says that). Thanks for the info as always.
