Sorry, that was a mess of a sentence. I mean that PHP 5 has dom  
support by default, so either you or your distro/packager explicitly  
disabled it. If you've got a distro, there's probably a shared module  
package to install; if you compiled it, well, why'd you disabled dom? :)
