In my Administration panel the "Setup - horde setup" is saying  3.0.12

This wasn't written in any docs/Upgrading file

Maybe I expected for some more detailed and in depth explanations. Or 
maybe I don't know something that I should know to upgrade. 
                                      However I think that the 
informations in the Upgrading files are really too concise... Surely I 
need an "UPGRADING FOR DUMMIES!!!  ;-)
