[horde] Configuration

I tried to setup Horde Groupware Webmail Edition and i get the following
error during configuration:

Internally used charset* [iso-8859-1]
PHP Fatal error:  Class 'DOMDocument' not found in
/var/www/html/horde/lib/Horde/Config.php on line 1290

Any ideas what is to be done?
