[horde] LEFT frame does not display @ all, no tree or anything

I have installed Horde from CVS on FreeBSD 6.0, running PHP5.2 and Apache 2.0.58.

The left frame (with the tree) does not display in any part of Horde after login.

I'm not sure what information the list requires, however, there are no relevant errors in the Apache error log, nor in the Horde log.  Just let me know what info/log files I need and I will provide them.

All assistance is most appreciated.
