[horde] sidebar options

[dhottinger at harrisonburg.k12.va.us]

Where do I change what is listed under the options on the sidebar in  
horde 3.1.1?  When clicking on filters under the options users only  
get a blank page.  The blank page doesnt cause any errors under  
error_log, so I want to remove filters from the sidebar completely.
