[horde] Weird values in horde_prefs where pref_name='last_login' (possibly MySQL problem)

Hello,

problem solved, thanks go to Michael M Slusarz for his valuable hint.

The SQL statement
    delete from horde_prefs where pref_name='last_login';
has saved my day.

This is mentioned in horde/docs/UPGRADING, which I had read,
long, long ago, but partially forgotten, meanwhile :-(
To save others the same oversight, I have put a hint in the FAQ,
under <http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ/Admin/Troubleshoot#toc4>.
