[horde] reminders.php and from_addr

I'm setting up a new install of Horde, IMP, Turba, Kronolith, Nag, and 
Mnemo (all the latest stable releases).  I'm impressed with the new 
features in the H3 line of apps (I have an old Horde 2 install).

As part of the new calendaring features, I'm testing reminders.php for 
email reminders.  It appears that a user must have a From address 
configured in their Identity.  However, I have locked that preference 
because I do not want my users to be able to set their From address.

When IMP cannot retrieve the From address, it builds one on the fly using 
the logged in name and the maildomain.  Is it possible to have 
reminders.php do something similar?  I've been staring at the code for a 
while and I'm not sure if it is possible in this context.  :(
