[horde] Errors Within Horde Menu Bar on Left

I've recently had to make some adjustments to my php.ini; the changes made 
were to the following:

display_errors = Off
html_errors = Off

Prior to that I was seeing:  (though in html mode when html_errors = On)

Is this something that I should be concerned about?  If so, what must I do?
