[horde] Forcing user to IMP, and only imp.

When I login.
It takes me to the horde interface, with the left side bar with the
applications.
But if I go to the address bar, and add "/imp" it takes me ot JUST IMP.

If I log out, and type in the address bar ... http://domain/horde/imp/
I login, and it takes me back to the horde interface, even though I put
'/imp' 

Is there a way to force all users to go to /imp, and only ever see /imp?
