We're compiling that bug list now:

Basically, 3.2 is the current focus for releasing Horde apps. There  
are roadmaps on the application pages on www.horde.org that have some  
more info; right now we're looking to get organized between open bugs,  
the roadmaps, etc. I'd say within a few months is safe, hopefully more  
like one than four, but that's probably optimistic.
