[horde] installed theme not appearing?

Just curious, I too had downloaded this theme awhile back and dropped it 
because it appeared too complicated.  Basically, following the instructions, 
I unzipped/untarred the file in my horde dir.  This resulted in me having a 
horde/wps_sober directory.  How will this work unless I add it to my 
registry.php or unzip/untar to another directory?
