[horde] What Does This Mean? " Module 'fileinfo' already loadedin Unknown on

I *did* have two files in /etc/php.d, one named Fileinfo.INI, the other 
Fileinfo.ini, I just now deleted the one named INI but I am still having 
this issue.

Any suggestions?
