Yes. However, the line above that section tells you explicitly to skip that
paragraph when you install from tarballs. And that line does not tell you that
you have to download and unpack the framework tarball. And the "quick install"
section does refer to that section.

In my case, I had already installed the production version of Horde several
times, and would like to give Hermes a try. In the production version, Hermes
produces a fatal error. Therefore I would like to try it in the HEAD version,
as I should have done according to the docs. I assumed that I could install
the HEAD version by just doing what the "Quick install" version of horde said.
