[horde] Import emails from outlook into horde

Hi Folks,

I am wondering wether its possible or not to import emails from outlook
into horde.

Actually all emails are on my local machine, which I would rather like
to have on my vServer on which is horde installed.

So, is there a way to do that, I mean, to import the mails from the
local machine on which runs outlook into horde?

If it is possible would someone tell me what to do or give me a link to
a nice howto?
