[horde] change password problem.

Dear Sir,

I have installed horde SME and its working fine. The only problem is
when I attempt to access the user-password screen it throws-up the
following message.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /user-password on this server.


Interestingly the error comes only when I access the page trough the
valid domailname. (for ex: https://mail.myuniv.ac.in/user-password).
The same page works when I give the server IP (for ex:
https://192.168.1.22/user-password).

Is there any solution to this. Please let me know.
