[horde] IMP Head and no more CC or BCC in compose window

  There are no options for show CC or BCC under the mail options...  Anyone else >?

??? I have the newest IMP from HEAD and since upgrading have no CC or BCC in the compose window.? Can you help??

Exact version: This is Imp H3 (4.2-cvs).

go into the mail options under "Mail Composition," and check the  
appropriate boxes.
