[horde] PGP signed message encoding

Sorry if this has been asked before and answered (especially if I asked it).
Feel free to smack me and link me to an answer if one already exists.

I noticed today that for some reason messages I send from horde/IMP that
are PGP signed don't show up quite right on the receiving end.
I noticed when I saw a message I sent to a friend using OE that the
parts of the message went through to him as attachments.
I then sent a couple messages to my gmail account to see the difference
between horde and thunderbird (which I know is seen by OE normally when
signed).

For the imp message, gmail shows the message text and then shows the pgp
signature as an attachment called noname.
For the tbird message, gmail shows the pgp tags around the message
and then the vcard as an attachment techiem2.vcf.


Is it that IMP is doing pgp/mime and OE can't handle that?
If so, is there a way to tell IMP to do inline signing instead?
