[horde] Horde redirecting incorrectly.

I am working on a horde installation.  I've gotten to the step where I
need to login to finish the horde framework setup.  Whenever I try to
access horde using my web browser, I end up in a loop of redirects,
which ends in my browser telling me that the page is not redirecting
properly. 

 

I have checked everyting I can think of, in fact, I've even ripped it
back out, and reinstalled it. 

 

It appears that the horde session is being created, and it looks OK to
me. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
