[horde] problem with passwd

Hi,

i'm a bit newbie at horde. I'm trying to install the passwd module. I've
untarred it in horde directory and set it up through the administrator's
account. I can also see "Application is ready".

But, when trying horde/passwd i get the following:

A fatal error has occurred
passwd is not activated
[line 759 of /home/horde/lib/Horde/Registry.php]


What can be wrong?
