[horde] [wicked] wiki search yields zero results

Probably. Not sure how you went from 3.1.1 to a CVS checkout - but if  
you already had a Horde FRAMEWORK_3 checkout, updating will keep you  
on the FRAMEWORK_3 branch, which will remain Horde 3.1.x until 3.2 is  
stable.
