[horde] problem installing horde

hi i am new to horde and linux world i am trying to
install horde on fedora core 4 as in in the how to
site
when i am running the command
pear channel-discover pear.horde.org it returns 
command 'pear.horde.org' is not valid, try 'pear help'

please help me
