[horde] horde + fastcgi? / problems with horde and apache2?

I have not seen that specific issue, but similar to fastcgi, I know  
that some folks are having great success running Horde with lighttpd.  
I don't have a HOWTO or anything, but perhaps someone could write one  
up....
