[horde] Default login domain?

I am indeed using imp for authentication.

Enabled the vinfo hook in IMP, and the problem persists.

Horde's log still shows that auth failed for the user, without the
domain.

I shouldn't need to reload anything after making these changes right?
Each php script is called each time a login is attempted, so nothing is
loaded into memory or anything.

If you are using IMP for authentication, you might also need the vinfo
hook.
