[horde] Installed Horde Groupware, I can see all modules except IMP

   Kronolith, Turba, Nag and Mnemo.

So unless you installed Horde Groupware Webmail Edition, which it
doesn't sound like you did, IMP isn't appearing because it's not
installed.
