[horde] Custom horde screen

    I have Horde/IMP configured to display the Horde portal when users 
log in.  Is there a way to create a custom page that gets displayed on 
that portal?  I do *not* want to do away with their ability to configure 
their portal with the various modules, however I want to display 
something like a 'Welcome' type page, with a few instructions of what 
they should do (set their preferences for one.)  So I'm thinking maybe 
build it as a module that they can turn off after wards (as they 
configure their portal page.)

    Is this possible?  Either setup a 'Welcome' module, or display 
something else on that page (which can later be turned off by each user.)
