[horde] Download notification sent to wrong user?

   I had a co-worked sent me an attachment from within IMP.  In the  
message I received, I clicked on the download link as I normally would  
and was able to download/view the attachment just fine.  However,  
instead of the system sending a download notification to him (saying  
that his e-mail attachment got downloaded), it ended up coming to me.   
He never got it.

   Is this a bug somewhere?
