Your memory_limit is set to 8M, you need to increase it to something like 512M

Also have you set $conf['compose']['attach_size_limit'] to 102400000 in imp/config/conf.php ?

Yes....
But still problem with sending attachment within less than 2MB size as the following :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1519127 bytes) in /home/itawm/html/horde/lib/Horde/MIME/Part.php on line 1027

So, any more help ?
