Just applied your config our web server...
But it is still the problem of Maximum Attachment Size: 2,097,152 bytes
So, more any help for me ?

Strange, I have two FC6 boxes that work with such memory limit just fine. Maybe you have compiled any 3rd party php or something?
 
Also upload_max_filesize and post_max_size must be set to 100M.

Would you mind to tell me how about your setting of memory_limit, upload_max_filesize and post_max_size ?
Due to I want to have reference...
May be I will set to less than 100M and memory limit less than 512M...
