your php memory limit is set to 8M [8388608 byte /1024 = 8192 KB, 8192 KB /
1024 = 8 MB]

you need to change it in php.ini

if I was wrong ( convert MB to byte )...
So, how about the other problem as the following :

Hello,

I just found there is a problem ( may be bug ) :
If set to 10240000 ( may be 10MB )
Display of Maximum Attachment Size: 1,024,000 bytes
But set to 102400000 ( may be 100MB )
Display of Maximum Attachment Size: 2,097,152 bytes ( around 2MB )

So, how to solve the problem ?

Also have you set $conf['compose']['attach_size_limit'] to 102400000
in imp/config/conf.php ?
