[horde] TOS_Agreement

Dear Jan,

thanks for your answer.

I tried to specify the tos_agreement file in Imp's configuration "Other
settings" and typed "/horde2/imp/acordo.htm" in the field "Terms of service
agreement".

Than I created a file "acordo.htm" in "/horde2/imp" directory. 

Next I deleted all records from one user in horde_prefs.

At next login, I received a screen where user must Agree or Disagree, but
the text from file acordo.htm was not shown.

Looking in php error log, I see a message saying that the file was not
found.

What´s wrong.
