Unfortunately, there are several new binary files in turba 2.1.5 which are 
not included as part of the patch.  There are indicated by the following 
lines in the patch:

Dateien turba-h3-2.1.4/locale/cs_CZ/LC_MESSAGES/turba.mo und 
turba-h3-2.1.5/locale/cs_CZ/LC_MESSAGES/turba.mo sind verschieden.
Dateien turba-h3-2.1.4/locale/de_DE/LC_MESSAGES/turba.mo und 
turba-h3-2.1.5/locale/de_DE/LC_MESSAGES/turba.mo sind verschieden.

turba-h3-2.1.5/locale/es_ES/LC_MESSAGES/turba.mo sind verschieden.
Dateien turba-h3-2.1.4/locale/et_EE/LC_MESSAGES/turba.mo und 
turba-h3-2.1.5/locale/et_EE/LC_MESSAGES/turba.mo sind verschieden.

In English, that reads "Binary files X and Y differ".  The program 'diff' 
(which creates the patch file) does not include binary files in its 
output, but it does tell you they were changed.

You can still use the patch file to upgrade (I do).  After applying the 
patch, you need download the full tarball and manually copy the changed 
binary files over.
