[horde] Enable and Disable WebMail Facility

Deal ALL,

One of our customer requires to disable webmail facility of several 
users in his mail server. Please tell me whether this type of facility 
available in Horde.
Or else, is there a method that cat get the above facility using a 
third party plugin.

This mail server has Postfix, Courier IMAP and Horde installed. The 
users are normal system users and authentication is done using IMAP in 
IMP.
