[horde] Re create Horde Config

Is there a way to remove the existing horde configuration and start again? I
have created a configuration but I think I may have entered in some
incorrect parameter for MySQL as now I have the login screen with
Administrator but I don't know a password. I haven't set up the mail module
so I cant send it to myself.
