[horde] sidebar.php

How do I change the refresh rate for the sidebar in horde so it more  
closely matches the inbox view in imp?  Im using horde 3.1.1 and imp  
4.1.3 H3.  My users are confused because the number of messages in the  
sidebar dont match what is in imp.  I didnt see anything in sidebar.php.
