[horde] Kronolith translation

HI all,

i did a holiday-translation for germany. I translated almost holidays  
in Germany.php and Christion.php.

Some day´s are disabled now e.g. Diabetic´s Day and Amnesty Int. Day....


Question: where is a place to upload this 2 files??
