[horde] Setup

I have tried to setup Horde on my share host account and set all the
permisions. But still when opening the index file it keep give me the
following message:
"Configuration of Horde Groupware Webmail Edition has not been finished
yet.To finish the installation of Horde Groupware Webmail Edition and
configure the application, please run php scripts/setup.php from the
console."

PLEASE help I'm not an expert but want a good email client.
