[horde] Trean, problem with character encoding

Hi,

i was using an old trean 0.1-cvs and it works fine. Now i changed to
Horde Webmail 1.1 RC1 and tried a trean snapshot from 07.01.2008 (
1.0-cvs).

I moved the bookmarks out of the datatree with the provided script
(2006-12-29_sql_bookmarks.php). Now all vowels (ä,ü,ö etc.) in the
bookmark title and descripton are broken, they show up as symbol for
unknow character in seamonkey. Switching the webbrowser charset from
UTF-8 to ISO-8859-15 solves the problem. I guess this isn't the right
solution. Vowels in foldernames are always ok.

Watching the table trean_bookmarks with phpMyAdmin, shows all bookmarks
with the right charset, so moving them out of the datatree wasn't the
problem.

When editing /creating a bookmark, vowels are stored with the wrong
charset, as they show up as wired character in phpMyAdmin.

Has anyone experienced the same, should i file a bug?

Marcus
