[horde] Turba Major Database Change

   Hello list! 

      How can I facilitate an upgrade to the newest version of Turba from the old?  It looks like the lastname/firstname is now split in the database etc.  Would I have to start all over or is there a way to upgrade the elements?  Also, when you used to display the address there were links to click for Mapquest etc.  Looks like those are gone now too.
