[horde] horde import and export

Dear list readers,

 

I didn't get the all the answers from ISP nor found it from your FAQ, so I
write to this list. I hope this is right list to ask this.

 

I have been asked to change webhotel for one website. This includes of
course all the emails too. Both previous and new place are using horde as
email client, but they have somewhat different installation - with new place
I can access with FTP the mail directories, but not with the old one. Also,
there is the database holding all the other information regarding users.
With the quick look I didn't find the version numbers from the two places,
so I cannot tell what are the versions.

 

So my question is, is there a component/module - or anyway to export the old
settings and mails and contact lists and then to import them to new one?
Either to be used by me - website administrator - or the webhotel provider
(I ask this party on their behalf as they didn't know about any
possibilities) or by every single email user (after easy instructions
pointed to them)
