[horde] Traditional and Dynamic Mode in Horde Webmail 1.1 RC2?

When using IMAP as authentication (hordeauth = false), there was a combo box on the login page where one could choose Traditional
og Dynamic mode... When authenticating against a SQL server (hordeauth = full), this combo box is gone. How can a user choose
between these two modes now?
