[horde] Sidebar menu help needed

Hello,

I'm trying to customize the sidebar. It would be easy, if all objects
was placed in horde/config/registry.php . It is written in it, that if
the block (f.e. "Organizing") has no childs, it is automatically
invisible.. But if i remove (status -> hidden) all childs from
"Options" block, this block is still visible, but has no childs... So
how this could be removed from sidebar's menu?  And is it possible to
remove "Log out" button from it as well?

PS: im using :
    * Horde: 3.1.6
    * Imp: H3 (4.1.6)
    * Ingo: H3 (1.1.5)
    * Turba: H3 (2.1.7)
