[horde] add some html to the horde login script

Hello,
how can I add some HTML Code to the horde login page? I want to give the
users some information on the login screen of horde.

I tried to put the code into .../horde/templates/login/login.inc in the
HTML table that is part of the login form.

The Webbrowser does not display anything of my changes.
